This policy explains how the personal data of those who visit or contact us through the website are treated. nimboxsre.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data is processed and for what purpose
a) Demo or contact request
When you request a demo using the form or contact us by email, we process the data you provide: name, email address, company, approximate volume of hosts and the content of your message. We use them solely to manage your request, contact you and assess the possible fit of NimBox SRE.
The form incorporates a basic measure against automated submissions (trap field or honeypot). It is not used for profiling or automated decision making.
b) Technical navigation data
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. The hosting provider may record technical data such as the IP address in its server logs, in order to provide the service, ensure its security and prevent abuse. With your consent, the site uses PostHog Cloud EU to measure page views and basic conversions. Session recording and automatic form capture are disabled. See the Cookies Policy.
Using the customer panel app.nimboxsre.com and the processing of the operational data of the monitored systems are governed by the service provision contract and, where applicable, the processing order agreement signed with each client, not by this policy.
3. Legal basis
- Attention to your request: your consent, which you express by checking the acceptance box before sending the form, and the legitimate interest in responding to the communications received (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f RGPD).
- Technical navigation data: the legitimate interest in the security and proper functioning of the site (art. 6.1.f RGPD).
4. Conservation period
Contact data will be kept for the time necessary to respond to your request and, subsequently, for the legally required deadlines to address possible liabilities. The hosting provider's technical records are maintained in accordance with the hosting provider's policies.
5. Recipients and international transfers
No data is transferred to third parties, except legal obligation. To manage demo requests, automation and CRM technology providers are used who act on behalf of the controller, with the corresponding processing order agreements when required.
The site hosting is provided by GitHub, Inc. (United States), which may imply an international transfer of technical navigation data, covered by the guarantee mechanisms provided for by the RGPD (standard contractual clauses and applicable adequacy frameworks).
Activation note: Before publishing the form, this policy must be completed with the identity, hosting location and, if applicable, international transfer guarantees of the specific automation and CRM providers used to manage the requests.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability by writing to [email protected], indicating the right you wish to exercise. You also have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the treatment does not comply with the regulations.
