In compliance with the duty of information contained in article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following data of the owner of the website is provided:

NimBox SRE is a managed observability and operations software product. This notice regulates access and use of the website nimboxsre.com and its subdomains (hereinafter, "the Website"). Access to the customer panel (app.nimboxsre.com) is also governed by the contractual conditions agreed with each customer.

II. General terms and conditions of use

The use of the Website attributes the status of User and implies full acceptance of all the clauses of this Legal Notice. If the User does not agree with these conditions, they must refrain from using the Website.

The User undertakes to use the Website and its contents diligently, correctly and lawfully, and in particular not to use them for activities contrary to the law, morality or public order, or in a way that could damage, disable or overload the Website or prevent its normal use by other users.

III. Access and navigation: exclusion of guarantees and liability

The owner does not guarantee the availability and uninterrupted continuity of the Website or the absence of errors in its contents, although it will make its best efforts to avoid, correct or update them. Neither the owner nor its suppliers will be responsible for damages of any nature derived from the lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the Website, except in cases where applicable legislation imposes it.

For the resolution of any controversy arising from access or use of the Website, the parties submit to the corresponding courts and tribunals in accordance with the applicable regulations, and in the case of consumer users, to those of their domicile.
